Rink Floor and refrigeration piping upgrade
Project Description
Proceeds of this project will contribute to the capital investment required to upgrade the refrigeration piping system and install a concrete ice pad floor.
The proceeds from this fundraising will be
used for the following cause(s):
- Replacing 4 sheet curling rink sand floor with concrete pad
- Install ice floor header piping system including new headers and main piping that will connect to existing refrigeration equipment
How this project will assist in promoting
or developing amateur sport on a national
level.
The Woodstock Curling Centre's (WCC) purpose is to provide the Woodstock community access to the growing sport of curling. Our mission is to be a vital member of the recreational community of Woodstock by offering multi generational curling programming and non-curling social activities to provide community members the opportunity to stay active and foster a sense of belonging.
