How this project will assist in promoting
or developing amateur sport on a national
level.
This project will strengthen amateur sport development in Canada by expanding inclusive entry points to rowing while also supporting high performance pathways. By reducing barriers to participation and investing in coach education, DRC will help grow and retain athletes over the long term -- improving progression from grassroots participation to provincial and national competition.
