Project Description
Supporting athletes, coaches and umpires training and competing at the highest levels of rowing nationally and internationally in pursuit of excellence.
The proceeds from this fundraising will be
used for the following cause(s):
Athlete support: training on and off the water, travel and related expenses for training camps and competition, living expenses allowing athletes to dedicate the time required to training and competition at the highest levels.
Coach support: training and certification, professional development, travel and expenses related to coach education, training and competition.
Umpire support: training and certification, professional development, travel and expenses related to umpire education, training and competition events.
How this project will assist in promoting
or developing amateur sport on a national
level.
Kingston Rowing Club takes pride in seeing our athletes, coaches and umpires, train, perform and compete at the highest level in the sport of rowing. Extending support to our athletes, coaches and umpires who are selected to train and compete for our country will further rowing at the national level.
