Softball
Softball, much like baseball, requires running/sprinting and hand-eye coordination. With some equipment required, you’ll be able to find a local league or amateur team to play with anywhere between 1-2 times per week.
Like baseball, softball is played on a smaller diamond with a larger ball. The ball is pitched underhand, and the game moves at a quicker pace than baseball. The game is played with 10 players on the fielding team, one batter, and up to three people on base.
